acceptance of terms By accessing or using Bookealo, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, all applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
description of service Bookealo provides a healthcare focused digital system that may include funnels, education flows, booking, reminders, messaging, payment facilitation, and operational automations designed to support patient acquisition and scheduling. Bookealo does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
eligibility You must be a licensed healthcare professional, healthcare organization, or an authorized representative with legal authority to bind the business to use the platform.
no medical advice Bookealo is a technology and workflow platform only. All clinical decisions, patient communications, treatment recommendations, and outcomes remain solely the responsibility of the healthcare provider.
compliance responsibility You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Bookealo complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional obligations, including HIPAA, HITECH, state privacy laws, advertising laws, and medical board rules.
guarantees and performance claims Any references to increased bookings, revenue, or performance are illustrative and not guarantees of results. Actual outcomes depend on many factors outside Bookealo’s control.
fees and payments Fees, setup costs, and subscriptions are disclosed at the time of purchase. All payments are non refundable unless explicitly stated in writing. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.
acceptable use You agree not to misuse the platform, including but not limited to sending unlawful, misleading, deceptive, or non compliant healthcare communications, attempting unauthorized access, or using the system for purposes outside its intended scope.
intellectual property All software, designs, workflows, copy, and systems provided by Bookealo remain the intellectual property of Bookealo. You receive a limited, non transferable license to use the platform during your subscription.
termination Bookealo may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these terms, non payment, or actions that create legal or compliance risk. You may terminate according to your plan terms.
limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bookealo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost revenue, lost patients, or regulatory penalties.
indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bookealo from any claims arising from your use of the platform, including patient disputes, regulatory actions, or data misuse caused by your actions.
governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bookealo operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
