Bookéalo — Terms of Service

1. Overview

Bookéalo (“Bookéalo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides software and services that help businesses accept online bookings, manage payments, and automate customer communications through our booking, funnel, and POS systems (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our website, platform, or Services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Bookéalo.

2. Services Provided

Bookéalo offers:

You acknowledge that Bookéalo may use third-party providers—such as Stripe for payment processing, Meta for advertising, and GoHighLevel for automation—to deliver its Services.

3. Advertising & Marketing Content

By working with Bookéalo, you authorize us to:

All creative content is considered approved after seven (7) days unless you provide written feedback.

4. Unacceptable Use

Bookéalo reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services for:

Any termination for these reasons does not release you from payment obligations.

5. Fees & Payment Terms

Payments are due upon invoice receipt and processed through our integrated POS system (Stripe).
A 3% processing fee applies to credit/debit card payments.

If payment becomes 30 days past due, your account may be paused. Accounts 90 days past due may be sent to collections.

6. Term & Renewal

Your Bookéalo Service begins upon payment and remains active until canceled.
You may cancel at any time with 7 days’ written notice before your next billing cycle.

7. Representations & Warranties

You represent and warrant that:

Bookéalo’s Services are not a financial institution, merchant bank, or legal advisor.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Bookéalo harmless from any claims or damages resulting from your content, business activities, or third-party disputes, including issues with Stripe, Meta, or any ad platform integrations.

9. No Guarantees

Bookéalo does not guarantee specific performance outcomes, including number of bookings, leads, or revenue.
We provide systems and tools—results depend on your business operations and follow-up.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the total amount you paid to Bookéalo during the 12 months preceding any claim.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our Services or third-party integrations.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, power failures, or third-party service outages.

12. Assignment

Bookéalo may assign or subcontract its rights and obligations under this Agreement. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami, Florida.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with any signed Service Agreement or invoice, represent the full understanding between both parties and supersede all prior communications.
